At PiccolinoBaby, we want you to love every piece your little one wears; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
